Meet Our Founder
Neha Lulla is the Founder and Chief Evangelist of Neha Lulla Jewellery (NLJ), a brand built on more than two decades of passion, precision, and a deep love for diamonds. With a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and formal training at renowned institutes in Mumbai, her education encompasses jewellery design and manufacturing, diamond grading, and gemmology, a foundation that continues to shape her meticulous approach to craft.
Her journey began in 2001 as a trainee, where she immersed herself in every aspect of the jewellery world, working with established houses and learning the industry ground-up. In 2009, driven by the desire to create pieces that felt personal, meaningful, and timeless, she founded NLJ.
In a traditionally male-dominated industry, Neha carved her own path with determination and an eye for detail that now defines the brand. Her strength lies in her mastery of natural diamonds, commitment to authenticity, and the belief that jewellery carries emotion, pieces meant to be worn, loved, and passed on. Today, NLJ reflects her philosophy: exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and jewellery that becomes part of your story.
Our Director
Akshay Kriplani brings over two decades of experience across real estate, advertising, and strategic brand building. Holding a degree in Management Studies, he has been closely involved in shaping and scaling premium businesses through market insight, positioning, and long-term growth strategies.
At Neha Lulla Jewellery, Akshay forms an integral part of the advisory ecosystem, offering strategic guidance on brand direction, business expansion, and market presence. His cross-industry perspective and deep understanding of consumer behavior add a strong commercial lens to the creative vision of the brand.
While not involved in day-to-day operations, his counsel plays a key role in reinforcing NLJ’s as a refined, forward-thinking jewellery house.

Some of our most treasured moments have come from pieces like the identical custom jewels a father asked us to create for his wife and daughters; keepsakes they will hold as reminders of his love, his legacy, and the bond they share. We’ve also had the honour of curating a three-layer diamond necklace and earring set for a young girl stepping into her teens, a piece created as part of her family’s tradition to mark this meaningful passage.
